Spring Run!

Ooowwww! That hurts.

Completed the 5 km Harry Rosen Spring Run for Prostate Cancer this morning. I am quite sore and eady for a hot bath. Beat my time -- with a finish of 30.19. It was freezing, with the occasional flurry. But I managed to finish in a good time without throwing up. Goal -- accomplished.
